RISING PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS (RPP) is a Media Production company based in the Harrisburg, PA area.
Currently RPP’s main project is the production of the episodes that fallow their original science fiction feature film - "Dark Operations: A Dark Odyssey Begins" which is the pilot for a possible science fiction series.
